Transition Specialists Part Time Positions in Northern and Central New Jersey

Responsibilities: Assist students in transitioning from school to work successfully and present department to schools, employers and business community. Provide necessary training of student for a paid or volunteer position; monitor progress of student in work or volunteer setting; act as an advocate and complete reports and documentation in a timely manner. This is a mobile position and a flexible schedule is a must. Reports to Director of Community Education Services in Ewing. Applicant must pass criminal background check and drug testing.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in human service related field. Experience and/or the desire to work with individuals with disabilities preferred.
